Hello everyone.
The other day I was going through the earlier posts here and I realized that I haven't posted much on Indian outfit(which I should have). There is this only (one) not long time ago from my cousin's wedding.
So without delaying much I decided to do an outfit post on it. What I wore is just a basic Kurti paired with jeans which you will find any girl on the country comfortable in. Be it a school girl, a college goer, a working lady or a mother.
For my non-Indian friends a Kurti is basically a traditional item of cloth worn in Afghanistan,Nepal, India,Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. It is a loose shirt falling either just above or somewhere below the knees of the wearer. They were traditionally worn with loose-fitting Paijama (kurta-paijama), semi-tight but are now also worn with jeans. Kurtas are worn both as casual everyday wear and as formal dress.
I thought of doing it more in a traditional way but then I thought why not show the modern-traditional trend that is mostly worn.
